On July 1, 2018, Chairman Chillazoda Karakhon of the Accounts chamber Republic of Tajikistan held a meeting in Dushanbe with Hu Zejun, Auditor General of National Audit Office of Chine.

They exchanged views on latest developments of the two SAIs and agreed to promote further bilateral cooperation. Mr. Chillazoda extended a warm welcome to her Chinese counterpart. The two heads of SAIs exchanged views on the issues of Memorandum of Understanding and other topics of common interests, and expressed willingness to further promotion of bilateral and multilateral cooperation in public sector auditing between two SAIs as well as within INTOSAI, ASOSAI and Heads of Supreme Audit Institutions of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Member States.
The two sides shared ideas and experience on auditors' professional development and capacity building.
